The Amazing North (3 Weeks) is a journey of a lifetime through the stunning mountainous valleys of Pakistan’s northern region. This awe-inspiring adventure starts in Islamabad and takes you through Taxila, Naran Valley, Gilgit, and the charming Hunza Valley. Witness the breathtaking views from the historic Baltit Fort and take a walk along the Barbar irrigation channel while enjoying the stunning Karakoram Mountains. The journey also includes a visit to the stunning Attabad Lake, Gulmit valley, and the picturesque Phander Lake, making it an unforgettable experience.

As we continue our journey, we’ll explore the captivating Kalash Valley with its unique and ancient culture, and the scenic Chitral Valley. Our adventure doesn’t end there, as we head to the Shandur Pass to witness the famous Shandur Polo Festival, known as the highest polo ground in the world. Our journey ends in the picturesque Skardu Valley, surrounded by towering mountains and home to the enchanting Shangrila Lake. 1	Arrival Islamabad, after short rest sightseeing of Rawalpindi/Islamabad
2	Drive to Chilas via Besham (11-12 hours) or via Naran (9-10 hours)
3	Drive to Tato (3 hours) and trek to Fairy Meadows (3 hours)
4	Optional day hike to Nanga Parbat BC and back OR free day at Fairy Meadows
5	Trek to Tato and drive to Rama Lake (6 hours)
6	Drive to Skardu via Deosai Plateau (8 hours)
7	Visit Kharpochu Fort, Buddha & Shigir Fort.
8	Day excursion to Khapulo and visit Khapulo Fort & Khapulo Village
9	Drive to Gilgit (7-8 hours)
10	In the morning visit Gilgit Bazar then drive to Karimabad Hunza. In the afternoon visit Baltit Fort & Karimabad Bazaar.
11	In the morning take a short walk along Babar Water Channel from Karimabad to Hyderabad. In the afternoon visit Altit Fort and Duiker, enjoy the panoramic view of sunset from the Eagle’s Nest.
12	Drive to Khunjerab Pass (4 hours) and drive back to Gulmit (3 hours)
13	Drive to Phunder via Gilgit (8 hours). En-route visit Kargah Buddha.
14	Drive to Chitral via Shandur Pass (8 hours)
15	In the morning visit Chitral Town, after lunch drive to Bumburet Kailash
16	Full day exploration of Kailash valley
17	Drive to Mingora Swat (6-7 hours).
18	In the morning visit Buddha Kara and Swat Museum and later drive to Peshawar via Takht-e-Bhai
19	Half day city tour of Peshawar, in the afternoon drive back to Islamabad
20	Transfer to airport for homebound flight
